Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety – Marrakech 2025 Stand Design

On the occasion of the 4th Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety, a major international event bringing together official delegations, institutions and global stakeholders in road safety, MG Corp exclusively handled the setup of the tents hosting the various spaces of the conference. The objective was to create structured institutional environments capable of meeting the protocol, functional and logistical requirements of a global-scale event.

MG Corp managed the design and custom layout of the tents, ensuring a clear organization of spaces, smooth circulation flow and overall visual consistency across the site. Each area was designed to host conferences, official meetings, institutional stands and networking spaces under optimal conditions.

The project was based on a technical study and prior modeling, allowing anticipation of constraints related to volumes, visitor flow, technical installations and safety requirements specific to this type of international event. The selection of materials, structures and lighting was oriented toward reliability, sobriety and institutional clarity.

The manufacturing, assembly and installation of the tents were carried out by MG Corp teams directly on-site, in strict compliance with deadlines, safety standards and the specifications of the 4th Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety. The result is a well-executed event setup, aligned with international standards, contributing to the smooth execution and visibility of this global conference.
