eZone – Fanzone & Gaming Area AFCON 2025 in Casablanca

During AFCON 2025 in Casablanca, the Royal Moroccan Federation of Electronic Games (FRMJE) initiated the creation of eZone, the largest gaming and fan zone space dedicated to esports, video games and interactive entertainment enthusiasts. The objective was to create an immersive and unifying venue, capable of bringing together the general public around gaming, sport and digital culture alongside this major continental event.

MG Corp handled the design, fabrication and custom installation of this large-scale space, structuring the fan zone around multiple areas: retro and competitive gaming zones, entertainment spaces, relaxation areas and public reception zones. The layout was designed to deliver a seamless, immersive and accessible experience for all visitors.

The project relied on a detailed 3D design process, enabling anticipation of volumes, visitor flow circulation and integration of gaming and audiovisual equipment. Materials, scenography and lighting choices were oriented toward creating a dynamic and immersive atmosphere, aligned with the universe of video gaming, esports and large-scale public events.

The fabrication, assembly and installation of the eZone were carried out by MG Corp’s teams in Casablanca, in compliance with technical and safety requirements and the AFCON 2025 timeline. The result is a high experiential value gaming and fan zone, designed to strengthen FRMJE’s visibility, promote esports in Morocco, and provide visitors with a unique immersive experience centered around football, gaming and digital culture.
